MSC Formands Gather for Annual Big Day

14 September 2008

MALOLOS, Bulacan – Formands and formators from the four Chevalier congregations (MSC, DOLSH, MSC Sisters, MSM) gathered for the yearly MSC Big Day on 14 September 2008 at the MSC Novitiate in Malolos Bulacan.  The day-long activity started off with a talk by Fr. Stephen Cuyos, MSC about the role of the media and the internet in spreading the MSC mission.

The purpose of the Big Day is for the formands and formators of the different congregations to bond and to get to know each other better.

Lunch was quite special because Novice Sherman Garciano, who emceed the program, prepared a unique yet meaningful activity. Not only did they share food, they also exchanged stories and reflections on being MSC in today’s world. In the afternoon they had volleyball and other sports.

It must have been a wonderful gathering. If only I had been there!
Wishing all the formands and formators all the best, esp the grace of the Holy Spirit.
May Jesus be loved in you and me and those we meet.
